True 1950’s Vintage Rajasthani, India Folk Art Large Embroidered Horse
Welcome to my site! TRUE 1950’S VINTAGE RAJASTHANI, INDIA FOLK ART. Handcrafted large vintage, heavily embroidered, densely stuffed Folk Art Horse made in Rajasthani, India in the 1950’s. Cotton embroidered textile, embellished with beads, tassels and small mirrors. Horse is wearing ceremonial folk attire from embroidered Indian textile. The horse is fairly heavy and rigid. This is a true vintage horse over 60 years old. Fabric on bottom of hooves have minimal wear from age. There is some silk embroidery that is loose but not noticeable unless pointed out. This horse has been lovingly displayed for over 60 years. It is now ready for a new home. Thank you for your business!
