Our latest figurehead fashioned from our Britannia. Made of lightweight polyurethane molding foam, she is 34” high, 14 inches wide at the hips, and projects from the wall 15 inches. She is airbrushed and distressed to look like old wood. The paint colors may be a shade or two different than the item pictured. Our figureheads are meant for interior decoration, although some people have applied an outdoor varnish and have hung them from a exterior wall or dock post for the boating season. We recommend winterizing the figureheads during the inclement season to extend the life. They are not durable enough to live on the front of a boat.
